Retreat Summary

Back to You

This week is for those feeling the nudge to pause, clear the noise, and come back to what’s real. Whether you arrive solo or with a loved one, you’ll be held in a small, intentional group where clarity returns and healing lands in the body.

Held in the Sacred Valley, between Pisac, Machu Picchu, and Ausangate, each day blends nervous-system-focused yoga, breathwork, and meditation with Andean cosmovision and grounded integration.

We’ll sit in Despacho (Earth-offering), gather by the fire and song, and move emotion through cacao, ecstatic dance, and sound.

Plant medicine is offered as an optional, screened path and held with preparation and post-care, guided by experienced facilitators and Andean elders so insights become real change rather than fleeting peaks.

You’ll walk sacred sites, breathe high-Andes air, and spend time with the land and its keepers.

There’s space for markets, hot springs, journaling, and quiet enough stillness for the teachings to settle.

You will leave lighter and steadier, with tools you can use at home and a felt sense of direction you can trust. The Valley opens the way; you choose the next step.

What people say..

Went on this retreat to help deal with anxiety and depression

Chosed this retreat for the amazing scenery, location, and food. The instructors and the support of the group were incredible, I left feeling so refreshed after. I felt like my mind and body received a much-needed reset. Honestly worked better than I thought.  Highly recommend this retreat to anyone! Worth every penny.”

Michael Lauto.

“Changed my life”

This was the first retreat I have ever attended (never the less alone), I definitely dove way out of my comfort zone. However when I arrived, I instantly formed deep connections with all who were attending along with the gracious hosts' Frankie & David. It was a blessing to feel so comfortable and right at home. Their incredibly meaningful program continued to surprise me with love and true growth each and everyday! I can honestly say, I came out a better woman from this experience.”

Ashley Langford.

“I learned how to trust my intuition

Before going on this retreat, I was dealing with some heavy stuff going on in my life (grief, a break-up, and overall feeling overwhelmed by the everyday demands of life). I felt very desperate for a reset or a new perspective.I could probably write a novel about my takeaways from this trip. As someone who struggles with anxiety and feels it in my body very heavily, the breathwork, yoga, and meditation soothed my soul. I love that they gave us everyday tools to take back with us to carry on this peace of mind. The community was wonderful as well. We laughed, we danced, we sang, and we were silly”
