7 Day New Years Retreat

End in presence - Begin with purpose

Dec 27th - Jan 2nd 2027

Sacred Valley, Peru

Clear the noise. Keep the essence..

The 7 Day New Year’s Retreat in the Sacred Valley of Peru is for those who want to close the year with intention and begin the next one clear, regulated, and rooted in something real.

Held between the ancient stone of Machu Picchu, the living wisdom of Pisac, and the high Andes of Ausangate, this experience is for seekers, sensitives, creatives, leaders, space holders, and anyone ready to release emotional residue, soften anxiety, and reconnect with their inner resource.

Through nervous system reset yoga, breathwork, subconscious reprogramming meditations, elemental reciprocity practices, traditional Andean meals, sacred hot springs, Kava ceremony, and a New Year’s Eve pilgrimage and fire ceremony in Ausangate, we create a safe container to close the year with reverence and step forward with courage.

This is a week to reflect, realign, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
Held by the Apus, the breath, and a community walking with the same intention.

Turn your attention inwards

Retreat Summary

Back to You

This week is for those feeling the nudge to pause, clear the noise, and come back to what’s real. Whether you arrive solo or with a loved one, you’ll be held in an intentional group where clarity returns and healing lands in the body.

Held in the Sacred Valley, between Pisac, Machu Picchu, and Ausangate, each day blends nervous-system focused yoga, breathwork, and meditation with Andean cosmovision and grounded integration.

We’ll gather for Despacho (Earth-offering), sit by the fire for song and sharing, and move what’s been held through sound, movement, and ritual.

And then comes the moment the whole week is built around New Year’s Eve in Ausangate. A pilgrimage into the high Andes to close the year the way it deserves to be closed: with presence, prayer, and intention. Earth offering. Fire. Mountain air.

Not “new year, new you” energy—more like new year, true you.

You’ll walk sacred sites, spend time with the land and its keepers. There is also space for markets, hot springs, journaling, and enough stillness for the teachings to settle.

You’ll leave lighter and steadier, with practical tools to carry home and a felt sense of direction you can trust. The Valley opens the way. The Valley opens the way. You choose the next step.

What people say..

Went on this retreat to help deal with anxiety and depression

Chosed this retreat for the amazing scenery, location, and food. The instructors and the support of the group were incredible, I left feeling so refreshed after. I felt like my mind and body received a much-needed reset. Honestly worked better than I thought.  Highly recommend this retreat to anyone! Worth every penny.”

Michael Lauto.

“Changed my life”

This was the first retreat I have ever attended (never the less alone), I definitely dove way out of my comfort zone. However when I arrived, I instantly formed deep connections with all who were attending along with the gracious hosts' Frankie & David. It was a blessing to feel so comfortable and right at home. Their incredibly meaningful program continued to surprise me with love and true growth each and everyday! I can honestly say, I came out a better woman from this experience.”

“I learned how to trust my intuition

Before going on this retreat, I was dealing with some heavy stuff going on in my life (grief, a break-up, and overall feeling overwhelmed by the everyday demands of life). I felt very desperate for a reset or a new perspective.I could probably write a novel about my takeaways from this trip. As someone who struggles with anxiety and feels it in my body very heavily, the breathwork, yoga, and meditation soothed my soul. I love that they gave us everyday tools to take back with us to carry on this peace of mind. The community was wonderful as well. We laughed, we danced, we sang, and we were silly”
